The second review tonight is Blade Runner. Blade runner gets a 1 star.
Lets dive in. This movie was made back in 1982 and set in the year 2019. The premise of this movie is Harrison Ford is a replica hunter. A replica is a human like AI that, you guessed it, has gone rouge and can evolve.
**spoiler alert, ah who cares you better not watch this garbage anyways***
Actually, I'm not even sure where to start with this one. There is so much wrong with it that it is faster to list the good than the bad. Here goes....the good thing about this movie is that got a big name like Harrison Ford to play the main character.
The bad you ask? Well I will list a few just to indulge you. Why, I'm not sure because if you are still considering watching this movie it is a mistake. It all starts with Harrison's shitty voice over. This continues through the entire movie. It is a monotone poor attempt to connect the dots. One of the first things you see is the introduction of their interpretation of the year 2019. Set 37 years in the future, the take on technology is pathetic. Even though it is set almost 40 years out, they portray that there will be flying cars, we will colonize on other planets, and we will have evolving AI., not to mention the horrible interpretation of electronics and displays. It seems as if they took the current tech in 1982 and just put it into a flying car.
Going further into the details of the story would be stupid because if you are still debating checking it out just in case you may have a different opinion your are stupid. What you need to do is follow my blog and we'll both hope the next one is better. Share this on your preferred social networking site so we can save others from this disaster as well. Ciao for now, and see you for the next review!
